A couple of years ago I set up a site using JA_ purity. I got rid of the right hand column and left a navigation menu on the leftI modified the left hand menu to change the contents.
I cannot remember what or how I did all of this.

I have several titled submenus going down the side. These are variations on the original. I want to add a new one. I have been wandering around the interface and going nowhere.
Can some one please help.

Well knowing how to set up and modify menus would help, I suppose
