Hi all. I just downloaded JA Galena and am trying to modify the psd source files. I have made all the changes to the master psd file and have clicked “Save for Web” which seems to export the “master file” to a series of appropriate images which can then be uploaded to the server via FTP. However, for the life of me I cannot figure out
a) is there a proper place to save the files to (for instance, I have the entire template folder downloaded to my hard drive, but can’t find what seems to be the appropriate folder to save to?
b) where do I upload the files?? I have the template set to “default” but cannot figure out where to upload the files to… I have tried uploading to “image” — “images/default” — “images/default/images” but none of them seem to affect the template at all.
Please let me know, I’d really appreciate it. First time using sliced PSD files + Joomlart Templates, so it’s all a bit confusing. Thanks.

You should save the images to the images folder inside the template folder. You should also save the images with the same file name as the ones in the template>images folder.
Where do I upload the files to to get them overrite the current files that come pre-installed with the template?

I just told you where to upload the files.
Keep the same file paths, names, and structure. Your local files should be exactly the same as your remote files.
Your Root Folder > Templates > JA_Galena > images
