Ok a couple things I looked at the CSS and I could not find where I could change the light green color that is used on the menu. I want to change it from light green to light blue.

Also I wanted to use a larger logo as you can see I change the top graphic is it possible to just enlrge that graphic to give more room for the logo? or is there an easier way of doing it?

You can edit the color by changing color codes in template_css.css file. Increasing logo dimension (especially the height) will automatically increase the header area which help to give you more room
