when i open and edit the file template.css, then click save or apply, nothing changes. I have tried changing the logo file location. I even tried erasing the file that the logo code calls to and still nothing happens. i have tried fiddling with the color codes.. nothing. i know i am saving correctly because when i open the .css file again, my edits are still there.
the only logical explanation i can think of is that there is another template.css that i cannot find that is controlling the site. i am editing the correct template.
has anyone experienced this? or know how to fix it?
