Hello,

This should be a PREMIUM ticket, however all new topics no longer seem to have this button available?(despite my Subscription saying I have unlimited premium support)

There are errors in the Page Edit view of JA Builder, error shows 3 resources – unable to reach resource (images and a movie) message (the editor view pages only)

Please advise on how this can be fixed. it is a standard install Pro version of JA Builder. the script appears to prevent saving and publishing on several browsers with standard protection.

We get this error – fro all 3 items

Hi Britt,

I understand that security but in Joomla, if you want to edit content of page, you will need to have permission to edit. The same with JA Builder, only users who are granted permission can edit the page and they must login first.

Kindly check and grant access for Super Users group.
