I’ve change the title, article number and doesn’t make the changes.
Does some one knows how to fix this?

Try to disable the caching – in template manager, Global Tab, set
Cache Mode = Disabled
Enable Development Mode = Yes
and see if it helps. After changes appeared you could switch on the caching again.

PS. Also check if Joomla system cache is running. Global Configuration – > System Tab, Cache Settings
