I would love to see a template aimed at education/educational institutions. This would include high school, college, university type templates. Love the templates that have already been produced.

well I haven’t seen the edugeek one however if you do a search on google for school templates you’ll see the one I’m thinking of at the top also this may interest you

Yeah they’re basic but what can you expect from the qld government for teachers?

Given the literacy rate of the kids these days I guess anything for teachers has to be simple or they’ll have a hard time figuring it out let alone teaching it to others, I think school should be 6 days a week 10 hrs a day for students and teachers hee hee and 1 weeks holiday per year thenthey may learn something

I guess you are referring to the school template from XXXXXXXX

The template looks like from XXXXXXXXXXXX. But like I said before, I would like to see one from Joomlart.

Hi I am responsible for the edgugeek schools package. The template is indeed a modified version of the free template offered by the site mentioned above.

I am always looking for feedback on how to improve the package and themes included. What kind of design are you thinking off?

Looks very big doesn’t it like it was designed by a ten year old for ten year olds
one of the members here showed me some brilliant stuff done with moodle for edu sites he’s a guru in that stuff maybe that’s the way to go

Sorry about this. Could you give me a link on forum rules especially on what I can or cannot post.?

but was not given a notice or warning.

We are using moodle as our course management system. I am much more interested in the marketing aspect of the website which should be appealing to prospectve students not only on the content (admission process, tuition, history, etc) but also on the design. I believe Joomlart can deliver this.
