This is a big problem that needs solving by Joomlart, it’s core to the template and how it loads js and css. In development mode is much worse but even with development off, still gets errors for files in /t3-assets/js/js-4e574.js?t=170.

@vectorite: Which template are you using? as JA Wall is not built with T3 framework.

There is not a builtin feature for compressing JS/CSS files, you can try to use a 3rd party extension which supports compress css and js option i.e: JCH Optimize, …
