Could I make an email field not required or unvisible? I need to do it. It is very important to me.

Hello 321kumisz,

As of now, JA Comment doesn’t support this feature. If a user on your site is a guest, he must input his e-mail address to comment. If he is a registered user, no need e-mail for commenting.
