    Hi
    I have set up the contact form but instead of my email it is displayed a message indicating among others that I have to activate the Javascript in order to see the email address. Additionally in the second field the email address is written in three lines instead of one. Any idea?

    Does it happen in default Joomla template?

    You can go to JED and find contact form you will get many ways to customise contact form on your site.

    thanks for your reply but the biggest problem is not the contact form. I can live with this but the fact that when I wrote my email address in miscellaneous info I get the message I describe above. look at the link

    The easiest way to get around this error is to disable the ‘Content – Email Cloaking’ plug-in. This plug-in automatically hides email addressed from spambots by encrypting your email address and encrypting when the page is loaded by a normal visit.

    <blockquote>Login to Admin -> Extension Menu -> Plugin Manager -> Search For Email Cloaking -> Just Disable</blockquote>

    I checked your site and see that there is a conflict due to this code

    <script src="http://stickyjs.com/jquery.sticky.js"></script>
    <script>
    jQuery(document).ready(function(){
    jQuery("#t3-header").sticky({topSpacing:0});
    });
    </script

    From where did you add this code? You can pm me FTP account of your site. I will help you to detect this bug

    Hi @pasionik,

    Please let me assist you in this matter. I have just checked your site but got a blank page after login to site back end. After I checked the error log, there’s a problem with session handle, could you please also provide a temporary account via private reply so I can have a look at your database too ? Thank you.

    Hi Adam thanks FYI. Actually since today morning I cannot access my admin panel. The only issue that could have created this problem is a plugin about www and non www rediraction I installed yesterday night. I will send you my cpanel details in pm inorder to have a look. Thanks

    Hi @pasionik,

    Thanks for the info but the account you sent me is an FTP account, I need an account to access your database instead (cPanel account or the link to access phpmyadmin and appropriate account to access it).
