April 27, 2011 at 10:47 am #163277Please take a look at:
http://chameleonews.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1549&Itemid=546
I want to add pictures to all the editors of the website, but when I add it, they are made as a pop-up plugin and they’re positioned on the right upper part of the section, and it will group them (that must be because of the plugin, it happens like the exact manner as for all other articles I’m having). I want to add the picture in the “PICTURE” area for each person, so I can tell who’s who.cataneo Friendcataneo

April 28, 2011 at 12:30 pm #388823Please check my other post:
http://chameleonews.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1548:justin-bieber-on-top-of-the-world&catid=72:tv&Itemid=416
Here, you’ll see, having multiple potos will group then into some sort of slider. But I’m ok with it for this post particularely.
For the AUTHORS part, I just inserted my picture. Login with admin (I PM you the login) and you’ll see the picture is set to be on the left side of my name. Due to the pop-up plugin, it moves it there.
How can I keep it’s position inside the table, near my name ? (cata – that’s me)thangnn1510 Friendthangnn1510

April 29, 2011 at 7:42 am #388967I have checked and there’s only way to keep the image in its correct position is disable “Thumbnail for Joomla content – plugin jathumbnail”. I have disabled it for you and now it is in the correct position. Please check and tell us if you need further more help.

April 29, 2011 at 12:19 pm #388994Okay, so as I explained to you in PM, it’s no possible way that I can do what I want.
Therefore, I’d like to do something else:
I copied the RANDOM PHOTOS module and named it AUTHORS and I want to post it on the Authors page.
I checked in the menu just Authors, but it’s not appearing.
Could you look into it and let me know what I’m doing wrong please ?
Thank you very much !Phill ModeratorPhill

April 29, 2011 at 12:42 pm #389003If it is just one page that you want to layout things the standard way then re-enable the above plugin and use the {jathumbnail off} tag just after the readmore tag in your articles. The plugin will then have no effect on the images so you can layout then exactly as you wish. If you need to know how to layout a page in a specific way please post an image so we can advise accordingly.
