December 16, 2013 at 3:36 pm #193024Hello,
I really don’t know if this is JA Magz template issue or Joomla issue?
I’m using JA Magz template / Joomla 3.2.0 / on my local machine…
When I try to empty trash in “Module Manager” I got this error message:
An error has occurred. Return to Control Panel
This doesn’t happen with “Article Manager” only with “Module Manager”…
Any help please will be very appreciated…
Many thanks for your support.

Did you tried to switch the template from Ja-Magz to another one and verify if the problem persist ?

So is not a template issue but a Joomla core issue, enable your trace level to maximum from Global Configuration >> Server Tab>> Error Reporting Maximum and check which error you are receiving

December 16, 2013 at 8:31 pm #515628The issue was solved…. I have have removed them all from the database…
However, when I created new modules as a test and then deleted them I was able to empty trash…
I mean the empty trash worked….Any way, many thanks for your beautiful follow up and support.
