When I enable Cache on my site (through the template option), the JA Popup code displays ie: {ja popup……..}.

So the code displays and the the pop-up doesnt work when I enable Cache?

Whats the problem please.

check the plugin order and push the T3 plugin below the popup plugin. So that T3 plugin takes effect after popup plugin is triggered. Make sure to clean T3 cache. Let us know if this helps.
