I installed quickstart version of Portfolio (Real Estate version) to my web site.
But as you can see from the picture the Enable SEF URLs taxts and buttons are not available.

Is there a change in joomla version or i’ve done something wrong ?

You can firstly try to re-upload the administrator folder from unzipped joomla installation package

If still issue persists, Try to re-install quickstart package from scratch following the suggestions and tutorial guide link here::

It would be mainly suggested to go through cpanel extraction method as I can see it to be faster,appropriate and convenient way 🙂
