i can’t enable cache & SEF, if i forcing that feature my product tumbnail is same product & i cant continue vm shopping feature. but if i un-enable cache my site is too long to upload. Please any body help me. :((

Turning on sef shouldn’t cause problems with your images, but your image file sizes are huge and that’s causing the bigest slow down. I suggest you optimize them.
Try this for speeding up the site: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/site-management/cache/7350/details
and this for your images if you can’t optimize them yourself: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/site-management/cache/6427/details
