As seen in the demo template there are two icons/graphic images. One has the text DownLoad Now and the other has the text Sign Up Now written accross the image. How do I enable these two images?

You dont, They are not part of the template download, however there is nothing stopping you from making a similar set of graphics and implementating them

Maybe you have not looked in the new updated template folder but they come in the image folders.
