Hi,

I am pretty new to Joomla and am trying to setup my first site using Pyrite template. I have the demo content that comes in Pyrite QuickStart archive setup locally and noticed that the top navigation mimics the Main menu menuitems. However, I can’t get it to work with my content. Is there a setting that automatically enables the main menu items in the top nav bar? I am using Joomla 1.5.15

I tried searching on Google and here as well but couldn’t find what I was looking for. I apologize if this has been covered in a different thread.

Edit – I looked at the demo data that was loaded with QuickStart and noticed that ‘Menu Type’ was set to mainmenu. In my app, I had accidently set it to topmenu. Once I changed it, all it good.
