hello , nice template

I noticed an interesting search functionalty on the sites:

with jquery sliders in tabs

and with nice effects:

maybe joomlart could create a module to be used in several templates. jquery sliders would be very nice looking.

you can use Ja Slideshow module also for displaying the images as a slideshow.

hello all, thank you for your answer.

by reading your answers, I just realized that i may not have given you the proper term and feature I was referring to. I apologize

i was not referring to the slideshow slides but to the query search range sliders.

please find below the steps to go to the tab where you can see them:

1. go on the site http://www.superyachts.com/
2. you will see on the top right (across the image on the left ) a block called : “Yacht listing search”
3. below, select the tab called : “For sale”, you will see range and price using arrows to select a range.
the same principle is used on the “models” and “concepts” tab

it uses a trigger to count and update the number of records matching the ranges which is quite nice. it allows to assess the number of records available before clicking on the search button.

As well click on the “ADVANCED SEARCH” link. you will see as well range sliders. and a div to show more criterias.

I think this type of range arrows could be used in several type of applications:

for travel: vacation duration, budget prices….
real estate : number of bedrooms, prices….
any templates were ranges are involved really.

thus it could be a great search module display which could be used in several templates .

I hope you will be agree with me that it would be a great and very nice addition to the joomlart modules.
