I have to erase the position user4 so that the position user1 is left / user2 center / user3 is right ….

If you don’t assign any module to this user4 position, you don’t have to erase this user4 to have this order: user1 is left / user2 center / user3 is right.

In order to remove this ‘user4’ position permanently, please open following file:

templatesyour_default_templatelayoutsblockstopsl.php
Scroll down to approx line 42 and remove lines of code:

<?php if( $this->countModules('user4') ): ?>
<div class="ja-box column ja-box<?php echo $topsl['user4']['class']; ?>" style="width: <?php echo $topsl['user4']['width']; ?>;">
