    Hi

    Need your help. our site functioned well. But suddenly, without any change in the backend, we got

    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    we had a countdown event on our homepage, may it be that ended countdown issue? I desactivated the countdown, but still the same problem. But we have another same countdown event on our subdomain ball.mchfoundation.ca and it doesnt have issue. So, it doesn’t seem to be the countdown module issue.

    I have tried change date and time on my computer, that doesn’t work. Deleted cookied and history, doesn’t help.

    Any other computer can’t have access, so it doesn’t seem to be a cookie issue or local computer time and date issue.

    http://mchfoundation.ca

    please help.

    thanks

    I think the issue is exactly the countdown and event… i desactivate the article Gala of the Dancing Fan (which ended on 21st Nov), and the website works again.

    So Joomlart, can help figure out what’s the problem?

    thanks

    Hi @genies,

    I edited menu item Home >>> switch to tab Layout >>> set everything to 0 so there won’t be any article in page home and it work fine, please recheck.

    thanks Adam

    however, clicking on the link to that article (for example on home page, click on Learn More, just below 25th Edition Ball, Intriguing) gives the same error. That means that any article using the countdown, once expired, will give this kind of loop error?

    thanks

    Hi @genies,

    Please open file templates/ja_charity/css/custom.css (if you don’t have this file, just create a new one) then add this code :

    .acm-slideshow .owl-carousel .owl-controls {
         bottom: 0;
    }
    .acm-slideshow .owl-carousel .owl-pagination {
         bottom: 28px;
    }
    .acm-slideshow .owl-carousel .owl-controls .owl-buttons div {
         left: 15%;
         right: auto;
         margin: 0;
         bottom: 150px;
         position: absolute;
    }
    .acm-slideshow .owl-carousel .owl-controls .owl-buttons div.owl-next {
         left: auto;
         right: 15%;
    }

    Hi @genies,

    Please edit the thread (first post), choose Require Help From Staff + Mod/Admin? then provide your site url with temporary admin account there so I can check this matter for you.
