Hey,
I have uploaded the Ja Medicare template to my server, however when I check my url it displays the following message: Access forbidden!
You don’t have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected.
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
Error 403
http://www.r-kempen.nl Sun Mar 6 16:59:50 2016 Apache
I have checked everything with my webmaster already, there isn’t anything wrong with my server. Hoping for any feedback that will help me to finally get this template going.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers, Bas.

This seems to be issue from the server or from htaccess files , You need to contact your host provider to check the problem .
Template does not create such errors . Kindly contact to host and check the permission issue of files and folders .Hope the info. help u .
March 8, 2016 at 12:28 pm #896588Hi Pankaj,
Thanks for the suggestion. I checked with my web host and they advised me there was no Joomla installation included in the template and also the index.html file does not refer to any working reference in the other code. I have now installed Joomla myself and want to upload the template via: install from folder, in the extensions section of the administrator area. However when I try this it get the following error: can’t find XML setup file. Do you know what’s wrong here?
Thanks in advance,
Bas
