Hi,
Can you help to check why logout failed when switched in English language?
Please login to our site and switch to English language.And then logout to try clicking on logout button.

You may see an error 404 page.

Login account provided here doesn’t works, could you correct it ?
also you will need to verify your login module and logout redirection also verify if you have some other redirect logout plugin installed

Hi there

Your website is on Joomla 2.5 version , it is unsupported from time , also your template is using a very old release ( check image below ) i suggest to update your template to latest version released first and then try again to change logout page settings from your login module , changing it from default to a specific page.

P.S.

First to update template take always a backup of your website.
