When I’m at my menu items manager i see the following error, can anyone help me with this or what am I to do?

as you gave us the message, all related the Joomla Core. I think that the problem is here: some files are missing, or are corrupting, so that you should re-install the site, you should zip your project and upload it to the host, and use the control panel of host to extract it and execute the installation.
