Error 500 trying to install the JA HOTEL template any suggestions, php version 5.4.38 on a linux server

Could you try to download again quickstart and start again installation procedure ?

Hi

I think you should raise a support ticket to your hosting provider and ask them to take a look at your configuration.

Template doesn’t manage such type of features , it install correctly if your server is correctly configured on php side
