I’m receiving the error 500 when attempting to install the template. I’ve upped the maximum file size for template uploads but don’t know what else to do! Been on the phone with godaddy forever but they don’t know what they are doing either.

Hi

Check in your installation folder if you have an index.html file and remove it

Thanks Pavit for the quick response.

There wasn’t an index.html in the installation folder but there was one in the installations/template folder as well as the root folder which I deleted.

There is also an index.php in the installation as well….

Still no change. when uploading the zip, I can see it loading to 100% before going to the 500 error.
