July 28, 2015 at 2:27 pm #645135Hi

the error is:
Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
This is an error due to your hosting not to the template itself, error is given by browser when is trying to contact server to receive data , if server works fine than browser should receive an error message different from page 503 , like 404 page for example ( page not found ) or if everything works correctly it should show your website.
Best regards

July 28, 2015 at 2:39 pm #645137Hi Pavit,
thanks for the quick feedback.
the fact is that the website is showing – the admin section as well, but only several actions give this error message, i.e. when i try to edit an article, a menu item or a module..
I provided the admin login info.. when you enter the admin area you can see where it happens.. (for example, clicking on Article manager gives the error – when clicking on Category Manager everything works fine)..could you please have another look?..
(I also sent another mail to my host, asking them to do another check as well)Many thanks in advance!
best regards,

July 28, 2015 at 2:54 pm #645138Hi
Just edited your articles , changed author , created a new one , also edited modules and everything works fine by my side
Anyway as the error says ( service unavailable ) it is random and could happen maybe when your hosting is restarting some of the service installed

December 10, 2015 at 9:44 am #793711Hi
You should contact your Hosting provider about this error , since it is a ( service provider ) error , Joomla side it is ok .
They should know why you are having this issue.
Best regards
December 10, 2015 at 9:46 am #793736thanks again Pavit… I already contacted them – no solution so far (but it can’t be far away ;))
