I have a site: gxdaminh.net. I’m using Ja Teline IV for this site. However i’m getting a problem.

All is correct at first page but when user click on any link to inner-page, it’s displayed 505 error.

When i change this site to the other template. It’s good! It just happen with Ja Teline IV or any Joomlart template.

Please help me! It’s urgent! I’m losing my visitor!

I checked around your site but could not find any 505 error. Is your issue fixed? If no, send me link to the error page.

Thanks for your responding! Please check my site again, when you click any links at Ja News Pro module or Menu items, you will see the blank page on Firefox and 505 error on Chrome!

Hi Daminhvn
I did as you said and have seen working well. You should clean cache and cookie on your site and browser.
With menu, check menus error, edit ( make sure that it point to category which is existed and enabled ) and save it.

Thanks for your support! However, i could not wait for more time, so i create another template without Ja T3 framework and it’s running well.

Now, this error happened with the other site: http://www.daminhvn.net

You can check this error with those links:

You can check more with the default menu system. It’s not running! Just display blank page.

Please help me quickly, if you or the support team can not help me till tomorrow afternoon. I will create a new template and disaple Ja T3 Framework too!

daminhvn, I checked your post since i have had the same issue with my website and wanted to see if there is a solution. But I see there isn’t one yet, as usual. I do get the error 500 you see in your web site.

I checked your website with firefox to see if it was same issue I have had I got this in the web console:

GET http://www.daminhvn.net/van-hoa-nghe-thuat.html

The character encoding of the HTML document was not declared. The document will render with garbled text in some browser configurations if the document contains characters from outside the US-ASCII range. The character encoding of the page must to be declared in the document or in the transfer protocol. @ http://www.daminhvn.net/van-hoa-nghe-thuat.html

Thank Madelman2012 for detecting the issue and showing the solution. That is the error of document encoding, @daminhvn please check menu configuration caused 505 error.

Dear friends! I’m very glad when you helped me to find the solution for my problem.

However, can you explain more clearly how to fix it? I think the default of charset of Joomla is UTF-8. I don’t know where i can edit.
@her0: I don’t see where to adjust in menu system. Can you help me more?

Sorry about that, but i’m newbie with Joomla.

By the way, i have a question. Why it only happen with Joomlart template? For the last site, gxdaminh.net, i had to create a new template without using Ja T3 Framework and it’s running very good!

Your site is fixed, please confirm that.
Solution: rename local folder in ja_teline_iv template.
