I ran an update from joomla 3.2.0 to 3.3.3 using the stable 3.3 update package using ftp and update was successful, website seem to work fine but Joomla reports: Unknown Joomla package and Unknown extensions under update.

Moreover, i get the error when i try checking update:

    An error has occurred.

    1054 Unknown column ‘extra_query’ in ‘field list’ SQL=SELECT DISTINCT update_site_id, type, location, last_check_timestamp, extra_query FROM r9a4t_update_sites WHERE enabled = 1

Not sure JA Mendozite has yet been updated for J3.3.3 —> JATC UPDATES for J3.3.3

Always a good idea to keep an eye on the UPDATES SECTION to make sure the template you’re looking to update has, in fact, been updated.

Thank you for the information. So how can i possibly fix this so it does not lead to possible website breakdown.

You created a full back-up of your site/databases before updating – correct?

I would try reverting back to the version at which everything last functioned properly

This JA Mendozite template is not ready for latest version of Joomla, due to the large template collection, we’re still in progress of updating our products to this new version. Please wait for the update news.

At this moment, please rollback to the last working Joomla version.

Please since i do not have a backup, will it be fine to simply re-upload a 3.2.0 update patch?

If you didn’t customize much, it would be fine. However, it’s always best if you backup your site first.
