Kindly check system > global configurations > Mail setting.

Is there a way to customize the contact form a bit more such as adding:

-> send copy to self check box

No the thanks message can be customize within the JA Builder. ream Carefully no rush

3 elements to enhance read carefully below:

1st Once the user presses the submit button the confirmation message should appear ‘Success of Failure’ and the form should go back to original state clean of Name/email/message.

2nd We need to be able to customize the delivery email; not the Thank you message

3rd On the form we need to have a checkbox send email to self, in order to keep track as end users of the message we have submitted and when.
