I deactivated responsive service, but when I see my site from a phone, the menu disappears.
I need the site look in the same dimensions from any device.

Hello … Try this
Open template manager
JA Biz template option and set responsive to No . After that compile less to css . clear cache .and check .

Hi, I have solved the problem but when a cell entry from my site does not show me the header ..

In my samsung note i can see the background with the cows but in my iphone i can`t see this background..
