February 26, 2013 at 9:53 am #484580TypeError: this.menu.getElement is not a function
var jlevel0 = this.menu.getElement(‘ul.level0’); mega.js (line 58)i am also getting this error on Firefox. If i open the site in full view – everything is fine, but then i re-size the screen to test the mobile look. When i open the mobile view the, the menu do not close automatically to just display navigation. it keeps the complete menu open. I do not know where to go with this, as this only happens when i open a listing on my mosets component. It works fine if you are in the category listing, but as soon as you open a listing to go into the details, i get this error and the menu do not close. Below is link to listing details where you can see this error
please help?

March 1, 2013 at 6:38 am #484976Hi,
Could you set compress JS in template manager to No? This will help to know which file causes this JS error.
BTW, did you install any 3rd party extension in your site?

March 2, 2013 at 3:29 am #485072Hi,
The 3rd party used in this page: http://www.voiceconnect.co.za/about-us may have js that conflicts with js used in Mega menu.
Did you try to change the default template to another standard joomla template so that we can know the problem comes from that 3rd party ext or this template specific?
If problem only occurs in our template, pm me admin and FTP account for further checking.
Regards
