It is a Warning not an error you can disable it from your backend -> Global Configuration ->Server Tab

I think this should be investigated on your website directly because on other websites with Ja Directory installed with K2 i never noted an error like yours
So would be better maybe to ask to K2 Forum or search in it if this is a common issue or they can help you to debug the warning
