    I installed Community Plus Quickstart and at step “Main Configuration” I’d install example data, but I receive this error: “Error: the XML response that was returned from the server is invalid.”
    Can you help me?
    Thanks

    P.S. All the requirements for Joomla are satisfied and I installed other package in subsite without problems

    I don’t know! What does it mean? Is used to refer to the Joomla version?
    Joola version –> 1.5
    The name of Quickstart package is ja_community_plus_j15.
    Thanks

    Probably, this can help::

    <blockquote>
    Looking at the in trying to manually install the sample data, I noticed the filename
    was truncated. Even though I didn’t see any error message when creating the database,
    it was a likely culprit. So I recreated a shorter database file name and the install processed
    without a hitch.

    Lesson – Keep filenames short, when possible. Everything from the internal and external
    scripts may have set limits on the length,which could cause problems down the road.</blockquote>

    Your meaning: you downloaded the quickstart package , and installed it via the Extension Manager of Joomla, Right?

    Please view my snapshot, and then access the download section again: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=10370

    You get all files having type not “Quickstart” or “Source”, I recommend you should open the site on the Chrome or Use as software to download them,

    Thanks for response.
    I downloaded all files in Community Plus Download, but I proceded with installation of new Joomla site and during procedure of installation, in general section, I clicked “Install example”. At this point appear the error above indicated.
    I don’t installed Quickstart from Extensions Manager, nothing I installed from Extensions Manager because my installation of new Joomla site with your file give me error!
    I’ve already installed your templates with other Quickstart and I is not never happened!
    Thanks
