Dear,
I’ve attach an error when entered in my your domain area, why?

I’ve one important question too:

Why in my your domain area I see http://www.geeo.it and http://www.isoambiente.it in renew jatc standard membership instead jatc standard membership expired ? When I’ve renew my membership, I don’t register any domains ?!? I’ve registred http://www.geeo.it and http://www.isoambiente.it domains with the first jatc standard membership now expired !!!
I don’t understand if I can register 2 newer domains with my renew jatc standard membership ?!? Please explain me !!! :confused:

They are licensed and will always be licensed – regardless of if your subscription ends or not.

When, I’ve renew this year JATC standard membership but I see in my panel my olds domain use in new membership ?!? In this way I’ve buy renew this year JATC standard membership but not can’t use your template in other new domains ?!?

I don’t understand if I can register 2 newer domains with my renew jatc standard membership or every year I’ve pay older domains ?!? Please explain me !!!

Maybe you don’t understand MiCCAS, what he is saying is all domains that you register at any time show up in the section that records registered domains forever, they never remove any domains that have been registered, they just add any new registered domains to the list continually, you do not have to pay for domains you have already registered previously.

I think he means:

“Old membership contained 2 credits for 2 domains, both used and still there”

——-> Now purchased a renewal

——-> The old domains are still registered, okay but not the problem

——-> Problem is that he wonders if 2 additional credits are now/then there, he can use for 2 more domains

<———– Not knowing if a renewal brings 2 more credits or just renews whatever, but how it reads, a renewal should bring 2 more credits with each payment of a renewal, AS ——–>

Domains added in the prior terms with prior credits stay licensed forever.

=========> Missing 2 more credits from the new renewal or willing to know if a renewal brings 2 more credits for domains, as the old ones are in any case licensed forever and do not need to be renewed..

In your CP it should say…
JATC Standard Membership – 1 year ( usage: 3/5)
This would mean you have 2 domain slot remaining.

If it says…
JATC Standard Membership – 1 year ( usage: 3/3)
Then it hasn’t given you your two extra domains and you should open a support ticket or reply to MiCCAS in this thread.

If I’ve pay a Renew JATC Standard Membership, why I see my older domain already registered in Renew JATC Standard Membership instead in old JATC Standard Membership ?!?

The main question: Can I add use your template in two new domain ?!?

Today, JoomlArt Customer Service, they have correct my problem.
I’ve attach my domains control panel, now it’s ok !!!

I’ll continue use Joomlart template service, finally I’m satisfied !!!
