When I install the quickstart package from Teline IV (2.5.9) then I get the following error message:

Failed loading XML file
/[mydomain]/administrator/language/ar-AA/ar-AA.xml
XML: failed to load external entity “/[mydomain]/administrator/language/ar-AA/ar-AA.xml”

There is also a empty language, see screenshot

I think that the quickstart package should be configured again.
What can I do to avoid this error? I can’t t delete the Aa package.

I downloaded it via Joomlart > forum > download > Teline IV files
