Hi,

I’m trying to create a new template on Joomla 1.6, using the blank T3 template, and the Wiki page :

I’m following steps from the FAQ up to the new template assignment.
I’ve tried copying all files from the blank template, or only the one listed within the FAQ, but as soon as I’m trying to open the template settings to enable developpement mode, I’m getting in the admin menu the following error:

500 - An error has occurred.

If I set this template as default, the site is getting the blank T3 template correctly. Only the admin pages are not available.

I’m using MAMP 1.9.4 on Mac OX 10.6.6 locally.
The JA Plugin is activated and v1.2.0 (tried also 1.2.1)

Please make sure you do right content in templateDetails.xml file.

Hi,

I checked your site and your template, then i tried rename your template, package and reinstall, it worked well. Please make sure your template are packaged and install, it will be work well.
