HI; Im trying to view some components in my webpage , like WA Ticket and CB Builder and i have this message:

You are not authorised to view this resource.
You need to login.

Why!!!! Im administrator and i cant enter??

Please help me!

You need to log in first before you can view it, or you need to set the permission to view to public
