installed the quick start package and get the following error when trying to update the media or editor settings

* JFTP::login: Unable to login
* JFTP::write: Unable to use passive mode

Message

* An Error has occurred! Unable to open configuration.php file to write!

Plz try to set permission for configuration.php to 755 or 777
