Just create a new joomla install and uploaded JA Builder and it wont let me go premium. get error message

and there is no issue. can u login again and check it.

Just changed joomlart and it worked thanks. Site has been upgraded. That’s the only time I have had an issue like that. Odd.

I too am having the exact same problem. I am a Developer member – don’t I get JA Builder Premium with that? I’m trying to log in, entering my Joomlart username & password, and I’m getting "hash-not-match". I’m unable to see any solution above in this thread, just "This reply has been marked as private." Thanks in advance for your help.
