Hello Support,
I get the following error when trying to install a extension –

500 – An error has occurred / Unknown Controller Installer

and a link to return to my control panel.

How can I fix this problem?

The live site is loading without a problem. This happens when I try to install a extension on the backend. Let me know if you want access to the backend to see what’s going on.
