Hi,
I am wanting to use the separator function in the new menu item set up.

my objective is to have the parent link to be ‘Directory’ and the child links to be ‘Administration’ and ‘Faculty Staff’

instead i get this –

I have looked into your website, however I could not re-produce the issue.I have tried to create sepertor menu in local but don’t appear error, if posible, Please send admin information via pm , i want to go to admin and check.

I have try to re-produre the problem in local, but don’t appear , I think that there is problem with ja_menus file in your site. Please try to do following way :
Download attachment file , extract it then copy and overwrite to templatesja_edeniteja_menus folder .
