Hi, I recently created a main menu item that linked to the JA Social II template (Features Intro). After I clicked on this newly created menu item, the first seen was the error message in Chinese, its English meaning is Error Message: You are not authorized to access this resource.” Can you help?

    Hi @aoren,

Currently, the menu item type is Display Template Options but the template doesn’t allow it, please use another menu item type instead.

What is correct menu item type I should choose then? I now use “special page”, yes the error message is gone, but the “LOG IN” and three acm-features modules (chat anywhere, matches, photo galleries) I created and published are still not showing in the front page as shown in your quickstart.

I can’t find the module type shown in your s2.jpg. By the way, I don’t use Jomsocial, that’s why I’m trying to see if JA social works for me.

    Hi @aoren,

The module JS Hello Me is part of Jomsocial package. Please note that JA Social II is designed to work along with Jomsocial, Easysocial or CB (Community Builder), which mean you must have at least 1 of them installed.
