Actually, it seems to be an error for Joomla 1.5. Here is the post about such an error.

    PS. it could be for Joomla 1.6 also, I think, if you are using not English language pack. It comes from error/missing language constant. Please check your translation pack.
    Also, check if the language .ini for the jabulletin module is available in the site’s default language.

    I’m using the same language Portuguese for Brazil frontend. When I set up for the English language-the problem disappears.

    What do I do to update the language-Portuguese Brazil?

    Maybe this thread helps you to solve the problem with ja_bulletin

    http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/error-from-world-24/

    you have to copy the file en-GB.mod_jabulletin.ini from your language folder en-GB to the language folder you want.
    You have to check the last 2 lines in en-GB.mod_jabulletin.ini for the read more translations.

    Thats all.

    Greats

    Check that line in the file. In the latest JA T3 framework plugin it is
return ($doc->direction == ‘rtl’ || $params->getParam (‘direction’, ‘ltr’)==’rtl’);
Actually, I cannot see anything here that can cause an error…

    Chek the file and the line is the same as mentioned above. Problem still unsolved.
