I must confess I feel extremely stupid and frustrated – if I didn’t know better, I’d think I’d never tried to put together a website before. I am finding Joomla a steep learning curve indeed.

When I open the template manager in the back end of my site and click on the JA Mero Abstract – which is my default – there are two error messages that appear at the top of the screen between the buttons for Save-compile LESS to Css -etc and the information on JA Mero:

JFolder: :folder: Path is not a folder. Path: /home/shadow18/public_html/less/themes

JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: /home/shadow18/public_html/tpls

I don’t know what this means – and when I go look at the file folder structure of the site – neither one of these items exist.
Not sure what a “JFolder” is as opposed to just a “folder”
Under my public_html, there is no “less/themes” or “tpls”.

So I am at a standstill, as I don’t know how this is affecting my site. I’m sure I’ve done something wrong, but sure don’t know what it is.
I really want to learn Joomla, but am having an awful time with it!

These error messages generally occur if/when you try to upgrade to Joomla 3.2 while you still use the old update of our JA Magz template and T3 plugin on Joomla 3.1.5.

In order to solve this issue, you just need to backup the modification and update both the template and T3 system plugin with the latest version.

When I first log in to the back end of my site, it tells me that my Joomla is already up to date with version 3.2, and the extension manager says that all my extensions are also up to date.

I would update, but it’s saying there are no updates at this time.

Could you tell me if there is any other reason for these messages?

If you install Joomla version 3.2 then the error comes from T3 plugin, you can take a backup of your site first then update T3 plugin to the version 1.4.3.

You should update the JA Extensions by JAEM (JA Extension Manager).
