I installed the quickstart_j15, and I got the following error.

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /home/content/./././……./html/……/modules/mod_jaflowlist/helper.php on line 178

I was trying to fix the Flowlist Module, but I have no clue since I’m not familiar with PHP coding,

If somebody knows about this issue, please teach me how I can fix it.

My System:
Joomla version 1.5.6
Database version 4.0
Browser: FireFox

After I tried some different ways, I found the way that worked! 🙂

The module didn’t work in Joomla 1.5, but it worked in Joomla 1.0.15.
Don’t know why though…

In Joomla 1.5
you can edit helper.php line 178(modules/mod_jaflowlist/ folder)

public function genID($lenght = 5)
Change to

function genID($lenght = 5)
