July 19, 2017 at 11:49 am #1049798Hi,
I have updated my website with joomla 3.7.3 and the latest release of ja_restaurant template but I have a strange issue.
The home page is working fine, but all others pages give me an error message.
See attached file.
Do you know why ?
Thanks Laurent

July 20, 2017 at 6:40 am #1050008Hi Laurent,
Did you try to access settings of menu item of that page and assign standard template style of Joomla like Protostar / Beez and see how it goes?
If the problem still persists, there is something wrong with Joomla version you just updated. Otherwise, there is issue with template.
Regards

July 20, 2017 at 7:23 am #1050031Hi,
Everything is fine on menu settings.
I have found the problem. This issue is due to JA Masthead module update to version 1.0.4
Previously, my JA Masthead module was in version 1.0.2
I have updated to version 1.0.3 => all works fine
When I update to version 1.0.4 => I get this error on all pagesCould you please correct this module?
Thanks

July 30, 2017 at 1:24 pm #1052456Hi,
Do you have a test site so I can replicate and investigate problem for you?
Or you can update the latest version of JA Masthead and share me the ftp account also and the page where I can see issue, I will check it directly for you.
Regards

July 31, 2017 at 10:27 am #1052709hi,
I don’t have test website, this website is for a customer.
I can update JA Masthead to last relase but I can’t stay with error message for a long time.
If I update now, when do you think you will be able to have a look ?
thanks

August 1, 2017 at 9:47 am #1052983I have updated my first post with all the details to access website back-end.
About FTP, you can use PROFILES component available in COMPONENTS menu on website back-end.
You can connect on back-end and do the update of Ja Masthead module by yourself when you will have time to investigate…and then work on it.
Because If I update the module right now and If you can work on this problem only in few days, my customer will have an error message until you solve the issue…so this is not possible.
So you can go on 😉

August 2, 2017 at 8:14 am #1053220Could you share the FTP or cPanel? it’s risky when debugging on site via this component as if there are something wrong, I can’t access site again.
