I get this error when i click template at the back end

An error has occurred.

1146 Table ‘globe.#updates’ doesn’t exist SQL=SELECT * FROM #updates WHERE (element = ‘ja_healthcare’) OR (element = ‘t3’)

If the table is missing you need to create it . Here is my suggestion to fix this problem on site .

i am afraid this can not be done from admin panel , Its DB error and the Joomla update table is missing from your siteDB , you need to create it manually or import it from the server php my admin .
I tried the same suggestion on local system and its working .
