Hi, after making a booking, i receive this message > error, order not found
Although the user will a few second later receive a booking confirmation (but with order number at 0) AND the admin will receive a booking advise…

have other issues with new user not being created from front end and email subscribtion not being taken into account fro front end also… Is this not all related?

The only ting i can notice is that the configuration php is UNWRITABLE.
Could this be a reason for the various problems encountered?

Hi Eric,

You should include the URL of your site also the FTP account so I can have a look.

From above message, I get the file/folder on your site is not set with correct permission, the recommended permission should be: file-644 and folder-755. You can ask your host to help to change this.

In the mean time i had my host update the permissions as you suggested, it does not change a thing.

Something wrong with the Vikrentcar component on your site as I tried to switch default template (JA Rent) to a standard template of Joomla but the problem still persists: http://prntscr.com/b5cn52

Could you try to contact its provider and ask for help on this?
