Hi all. Can anyone please help me? I have already upgraded JA Voice and I get the error that says ‘response.data’ is null or not an object. :((

When I click on a link or try to vote, nothing happens.

Please confirm that you have used JA Extension manager to update JA Voice or you have uninstalled and re-installed manually for further advice.

Hello,

I did uninstall and then reinstalled but nothing happened. JA Extension Manager was not used to update my JA Voice. Please advise,as all the links are not working.

Can someone please help? I need to have this fixed asap. Thank you!
