Did you install the database using the ‘Install sample Data’ button during installation or did you manually import it?

You need to do it using the install button during installation.

The problem is that I can get to that part because it sends me the error when I put the server data

these are the steps that I follow

even send a tikect to the help section but have received no reply and still waiting

Pako the first thing I would suggest is that you download the quickstart again and re-try. This is the first time I have seen this complaint regarding Teline so I have to presume the problem is at your end.

Try again and let me know how you get on.

Did you empty your database before re installing?

This texxt should never be displayed in the browser.

What version of PHP and MySQL are you running? Who is your host?

If you wish you can PM me your ftp and phpmyadmin details and I will try to install it for you.
